The CHCNAV EasyNAV EMG100 Master Package is a compact and user-friendly 3D machine control system designed for excavators, combining precise GNSS positioning, machine pose tracking, and a clear user interface into one package.

The EMG100 is specifically designed for construction sites where centimeter-level accuracy is required without the complexity of traditional 3D machine control systems. The system allows the operator to monitor excavation depth, elevation, and slope in real-time, as well as create necessary site surface models and references directly within the system.

Easy 3D machine control

The EasyNAV EMG100 is designed for rapid setup and easy daily operation. According to CHCNAV, the basic functions of the system can be learned in about 30 minutes, and installation and calibration can be performed quickly by one person.

The clear user interface displays the necessary height, slope, and position information directly to the operator in the cab.

Precise digging with centimeter-level accuracy

The EMG100 utilizes full GNSS positioning and advanced machine excavation algorithms. CHCNAV specifies the system's maximum positioning accuracy as ±3 cm. In addition to GNSS positioning, the system uses tilt sensors to determine the position of the machine and the attachment configuration.

With this information, the operator receives real-time data on the bucket position and can manage excavation accurately according to the planned height or slope.

Design on-site without CAD software

One of the key features of the EasyNAV EMG100 is the ability to perform on-site surface design directly in the system without prior CAD knowledge.

The operator can, for example, define reference surfaces and AB lines on the site and use them to guide the excavation work. This makes the system particularly practical for projects where a finished 3D design model is not available.

Clear 10.1-inch display

The EMG100 system features a 10.1-inch touchscreen with an Android operating system. The large display clearly presents the machine's pose, height, and slope information, as well as guidance data related to the work, within the operator's field of vision. The display is IP65 rated.

The user interface is designed to be as intuitive as possible, so that both experienced and novice operators can quickly get started with the system.

The components of the EasyNAV EMG100 are designed for the demanding conditions of earthworks. The display unit has an IP65 protection rating, and the tilt sensors are IP69K. The GNSS antennas are IP68 protected.
